  • DAY 1: HANOI ARRIVAL (N/A)
    Our driver pick you up at the airport on arrival and transfer to the hotel for check in.

    DAY 2: HANOI – HOA LU & TAM COC – OVERNIGHT ON TRAIN TO LAO CAI (B/L)
    8.00 – 8.15: We pick you up at your hotel, departure for Hoa Lu – Tam Coc, enjoying the beautiful sceneries of the rural areas on the way.
    10.30: After arriving in Ninh Binh province, the guide takes you to visit Hoa Lu – the Ancient Royal capital of Vietnam. We will visit Dinh king temple and Le king temple in the 10th century, finding out the heroic histories of this two Kings in Chinese Wars. After that, we go to Tam Coc (10 km far from Hoa Lu).
    12.00 Have lunch at local restaurant.
    After lunch you will get on bamboo boat – rowed by the local people – in Hoang Long river to visit Tam Coc (three caves) on the way. You pass through three enormous caves that provide a brief respite from the intense summer sun. It takes approximately two hours to go up and down the river and along the way, you witness local fisher folk, village life along the river and, of course, the striking limestone karst formations that Tam Coc is famous for.
    If you like to go biking, it is a good idea. You will have chance to visit real villages and amazing landscapes by bicycle about one hour (from Restaurant).
    Transfer back to Hanoi. We arrive in Hanoi at around 6.30 pm.
    20:00 Pick up at your place and transfer to the train station for an overnight train to Lao Cai. Overnight on the train.

    DAY 3: LAO CAI – SAPA TREKKING (B/L/D)
    Arrive in Sapa and begin trekking down the valley to the Muong Hoa stream and Black H’mong village – Lao Chai village (Black H’mong is one of the biggest minority groups in the Sapa). After that, you will continue your trekking along the paddy fields to Ta Van village to lean about the ‘Dzay’ people. You’ll return to Sapa in the afternoon and discovering the town during the evening.

    DAY 4: SAPA TREKKING (B/L/D)
    Trek to visit two villages of the Black H’mong (Cat Cat and Sin Chai) as well as the waterfall and hydro electric power station established by the French. Take in stunning landscapes of green forests and beautiful scenery along the way and walk back to Sapa town. Head back to Hanoi via overnight train.

    Accommodation: Overnight on the train
    DAY 5: HANOI ARRIVAL (N/A)
    Arrival in Hanoi at 5:00 am. Pick up and trasnfer to Airport. End of the tour.

Ninh Binh has become a  more and more famous tourist attraction espcially after the Hollywood film Kong-Skull Island was shot here.
