HANOI – HALONG BAY – SAPA (5 DAYS)

DAY 1: HANOI – HALONG BAY (L/D)

07.30 – 08.30AM, Our tour guide will come and pick you up at the hotel lobby and depart for Halong Bay with a stopover on the way for refreshments.

At noon: Arrive at Tuan Chau dock, tendering to the cruise, welcome on board and check into your cabin. Enjoy lunch with a mixed Vietnamese and International while cruising through Incense Burner islands, Fighting Cock islet, Stone Dog, ect.

Afternoon: Kayaking through the stunning landscapes & swimming or just relaxing on the sun-deck for fantastic views at Hoa Cuong floating fishing village. Enjoy the Cooking Class to learn how to make the fresh/ fried spring rolls and mix fish-sauce.

Back to the cruise and pass by Soi Sim Beach and “Rang Dua” Island.

19.00 Enjoy dinner.

20.30 Free and easy: join in the activities such as singing karaoke, dancing, squid fishing, playing cards or relaxing at leisure before getting back to your cabin.

DAY 2: HALONG BAY – HANOI (B/L)

Enjoy morning Tai Chi with the master on the sundeck before having breakfast. After that, visit Sung Sot Cave – the most beautiful cave of the bay and then return to the cruise, check-out and relax before enjoy the lunch as cruising back to the pier.

Arrive at the dock by 11.00am and return to Hanoi.  Arrive at the hotel by 16.30 – 17.00.

DAY 3: HANOI – SAPA BY BUS (L/D)

06.30 Our tour guide will pick you up in the hotel lobby in the Old Quarter and head off to Sapa.

12.30 Arrive in Sapa, check in hotel and have lunch.

Afternoon: You will start your tour with the trek up Ham Rong (Dragon’s Jaw) Mountain and visit Ham Rong Botanical Garden with beautiful landscaped gardens and a few really tacky statues of cartoon characters like Scooby Doo and Mickey Mouse on the way.

Evening: After dinner, free and easy at your leisure. Time for shopping and tasting the local food. Especially on Saturday night, we highly recommend a stop at Sapa Love Market – one of the most interesting markets in Sapa.

DAY 4: SAPA – LAO CHAI – TA VAN (B/L/D)

After breakfast, start your tour with a trek down to Lao Chai village of Black H’mong ethnic people. Here you will have an opportunity to know more about their daily life and how they make traditional clothes, handicraft, indigo, ect.

Lunch at a local house in the village.

After Lao Chai, continue to visit Ta Van village of Giay people with a rich culture and beautiful houses located on rice paddy fields. Here you will enjoy the fresh air, see the beautiful landscapes with terrace fields and streams. Visit some Black H’mong families and learn more about their culture and customs.

DAY 5: SAPA – HANOI BY BUS (B/L)

After breakfast, start your tour to Cat Cat Village, about 45 minutes walking from Sapa, this is the village of the Black H’Mong hill tribe. Here you will have a chance to visit a big waterfall on the stream and the old Hydro Electric Power Station built by French people.

Then get on the car and go back to the hotel and have lunch.

Afternoon: Free and easy at your leisure. Time to explore Sapa town or go shopping at Sapa Market.

16.00 Drive back to Hanoi.

21.30 We arrive in Hanoi.
